Steel Clutch Plates

Steel clutch plates improve clutch durability and shift performance while reducing noise and shudder and extending the lifespan of your gearbox. These products aid in overcoming inertia and launching the car into motion. When an automotive engine produces power, these are transferred to the driving wheel via a clutch as a twisting force. Cast iron and high carbon steels are typically used to make these tools. It's challenging to drive a manual transmission car without engaging the clutch, and doing so could harm the transmission. Steel clutch plates should only be applied briefly and in an emergency. 

Clutch Plates - Steel, Sintered Bronze, and Paper Friction Plates are an integral part of multi-disc clutches and brakes and are used in various other industrial applications. Clutch plates/discs are manufactured up to 700 mm in diameter and as per samples/drawings or OEM part numbers in small or large quantities.
